For the safety of all our patients
To Our Patients and Their Families,

At White Crown Dental we have always had the best interest in the health and safety of our patients. Often in times of uncertainty, there can be a wealth of misinformation spread, especially in today’s digital age. As a dentist and leading healthcare authority in our community, we wanted to reassure our dental family regarding the COVID-19 virus, and to let you know about the steps we are taking to alleviate any potential concerns.

We have added new precautions which we will put into effect immediately to minimize potential exposure times and risks. Here is an idea of what to expect for your appointments:

-
The front entrance will remain locked from the inside during business hours to prevent risk of contamination.
-
All patients will be pre-screened, by phone, when calling to confirm their appointment
-
Once patients arrive to their appointment, they will be asked to remain in their vehicles. It is of the utmost importance to minimize exposure from the outside environment.
-
There will be no option for waiting in the waiting room or bringing additional family members into the office unless they can remain in their vehicles safely. There will only be one patient at a time in the office at any given point.
-
We will be using Direct-To-Operatory Protocol: Patients will be called at their respective appointment times. All doors common surfaces will be handled by staff with gloved hands.
-
Patients will be screened with a non-contact temperature measuring device and a set of risk factor questions. If there are any signs of infection we will reschedule the appointment 14 days out.
-
Each patient will be scheduled for a 1-hour appointments in which no other patients will be seen at that time to prevent possibly of contamination.
-
All patients will be required to rinse with oral mouth wash in the treatment room for approximately 30 seconds before their appointment and wash their hands.
-
Increased protection for the doctor, assistants, and staff will be utilized to prevent spread of aerosol particles.
-
All common area will be wiped down every hour. Also all common supplies (i.e. magazines, pens) and décor have been removed and taken down to minimize surface contamination.

Please rest assured that we are following local and national updates daily, and will continue to maintain the highest level of safety and patient care that you have come to expect. If you have any questions regarding our policies and your future appointments, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Together we can overcome these challenging circumstances and continue your path to greater health! We look forward to taking care of you at your next scheduled appointment.
